WWOOFERS learn how to hear horses in Australia
This photo is of Yuka from Japan, with our miniatures Dom and Blondie.
With the help of her excellent but very new English and her translating machine, I was really excited to see how fast Yuka understood the basic concepts of listening to the horses in her first day here and then spent the rest of her two weeks developing her skills and confidence.
She is a city girl with no previous experience of an organic vegetable garden, but seemed to enjoy the work. She definitely enjoyed playing with Dom and Blondie, who give her a huge vote of confidence by laying down with her.
