Books with Spirit – Joyfulness between horses and people

I’m proud to announce the very first Zen riding clinic, being organised at an indoor arena near Wainuiomata in New Zealand.

At the beginning of the clinic, I’ll ask you to tell me “what do you think, in your riding with your horse, will bring great joy to you and your horse together?”

What kind of picture of you and your horse do you get in your mind when I ask that question? Is it of you both dancing together in piaffe? Is it a picture of harmony as you both move together in complete togetherness of mind? Is it learning how to spin or slide stop? Is it flying over a jump joyfully? Is it on the ground learning a Spanish walk, or piaffe in hand? Is it liberty work where your horse plays with complete freedom and joy? Is it being able to get on with ocnfidence and joyfulness?

When you’ve decided what you are looking for, then the idea of this clinic is to connect you with your horse and start laying in the ingredients that are necessary for that goal. Everyone works at their own pace on their own goals, accessing all my knowledge and experience and learning how to use the Zen Connection approach to travel towards your goal.
