Books with Spirit - Horse Riding

WOW… I need to tell you that the techniques from the book are working for Whisky and I am so rapt. If you were there on the first day after reading our book you would have got the biggest hug from me!! To tell you about my struggle with this horse would take days and to tell you of all the times many `horse` people have told me I am wasting my time with him would again take too long.

My belief that he has been sent for me to encourage my growth is stronger now than ever and my trust in that he will make me a better human continues.

I havent even grasped all your techniques but there are two specifically that we are using easily and I haven’t finished the book yet - I read 3/4 in the first sitting and reread the 3/4 but havent read the last few pages due to PC issues.

I have been bringing him back to comfortable and not pushing him through into anxious and its just so working for him!!

Also picturing it all in my head and explaining what I am going to do before I do it is having him be more trusting and patient with my attempts…..I am so excited I am out
there in the dark hanging out with him (can’t wait for winter to be over). I would really like to ride this horse again one day and hope that these techniques will lead us to this.
